There are Turkish Airlines flights all year round to Dalaman via Istanbul (twice a day during the winter). For information: www.turkishairlines.com. Turkish Airlines flights have a bus service from Dalaman to Marmaris (approx. 1.5 hour drive.)  You can also take a taxi from the airport. Charter flights to Dalaman from various European cities usually run from April until the end of October.

The next large airports are in Izmir in the north and Antalya which is southwest of Marmaris. You can take a bus from both cities to Marmaris (approx. 5 hours from Izmir and 8 hours from Antalya).

Getting to Içmeler

There is a regular minibus ('minibüs' or 'dolmuş') service from Marmaris to Içmeler (a 20-minute ride). These buses leave in front of the centrally located Tansaş supermarket in Marmaris.
Finding a taxi is no problem.
